Product Description

1.Product Description:

PVC resin, the physical appearance is white powder, non-toxic, odorless. Relative density 1.35-1.46. It is thermoplastic,insoluble in water and ethanol, expandable or soluble in ether, ketone, fatty chlorohy-drocarbons or aromatic hydrocarbons with strong anti--corrosiveness, and good dieletric property.PVC resin can be processed into various plastic products. It can be divided into soft and hard products according to itsapplication. It is mainly used to produce transparent sheets, pipe fittings, gold cards, blood transfusion equipment, soft andhard tubes, plates, doors and windows. Profiles, films, electrical insulation materials, cable jackets, blood transfusions, etc.

3.Application:

1) pvc soft products.

It can be made of hoses, cables, wires, plastic sandals, shoes, slippers, toys, auto parts etc.

2) pvc film.

The transparent film can be used for greenhouses, plastic greenhouses and plastic film mulch. It can also be used for packaging bags, raincoat, table cloth, curtains, inflatable toys etc.

3) pvc coated products.

Can be used to make leather luggage, purses, book covers, sofa and car seat,etc. As well as floor covering, flooring materials for buildings.

4) pvc foam products.

Can be used for foam slippers, sandals, insoles, and anti-vibration cushioning packaging material, Rigid PVC sheet and profiles, it is a new building material.

In 25kg PP woven bag, or per your requirement.17-17.5mt/20'FCL 24-24.5mt/40'FCL2.Storage:The resin should be stored in a drafty, dry warehouse and away from fire and direct sunlight. It should not be piled up in the open air.3.Transportation:During transportation, the product should not be exposed to strong sunlight or rain and should not be transported together with sand, soil, scrap metal, coal or glass.
